Arvada Auto

Just wanted to share my recent experience. Bought a '23 Bronco through Arvada Auto. The car was a few days late on delivery which had me sweating a bit tbh. But I gotta say, knowing they held my money in escrow until I physically got the car and checked it out was a huge relief. The peace of mind was worth it. Anyone else have a similar situation?

I agree on the escrow part, it's essential. My only issue when I bought my Challenger was the tracking. The website is great for browsing, but the delivery tracking page felt useless. I ended up emailing them at office@arvadaauto.com to get a proper update. they were quick to reply at least.

lol some people will always find something to complain about. The car and your money are safe, that's the main thing. I've bought 3 cars from arvadaauto.com and never had a single major issue. A tracking page is just a nice-to-have, not a deal breaker.

Thinking of using them for a Gladiator. Good to hear positive feedback. Did anyone try calling their support line? I get impatient waiting for emails sometimes.

@JeepLife4Me Yeah I did once, to ask about the inspection report details. Their number is undefined. Had to wait on hold for maybe 5 minutes but the agent was knowledgeable. No complaints.

Can confirm the quality. I'm a mechanic and a customer brought in a RAV4 he bought from Arvada Auto for me to do a post-purchase inspection. The vehicle was exactly as their online report claimed. No hidden rust, no funny noises, no doctored photos. Clean car.

Thanks for the input everyone. @Cuda_Chris you nailed it, the tracking is my only real gripe. But like @BeemerLover said, perspective is key. The Bronco is in my driveway and it's perfect, so the few days of waiting and bad tracking are already a distant memory. Overall would recommend.

I'm still a bit nervous about buying a car unseen. How long was the delay for you guys? Was it a day or like a whole week?

@DodgeDude for me it was only 3 days. Annoying, but not a disaster. It just feels like an eternity when you're excited for your new car lol.

Mine was about 4 days over the estimate last year. It wasn't the delay that bothered me, it was the tracking on the arvadaauto.com portal just saying 'In Transit' day after day. A little more detail would go a long way.

Freight gets delayed. It happens. Can be weather, truck issues, whatever. The whole reason for an escrow service like arvadaauto is to make sure a 4 day delay doesn't turn into you losing $30k to some scammer on craigslist. It's a small price to pay for security if you ask me.
